Payment terms (e.g., 50% upfront / 50% upon delivery) will be clearly stated in the proposal or invoice.

Each project includes a limited number of revisions, which will be specified in the agreement. Additional changes may be subject to extra fees.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Any completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our work or this website.

While we aim for accuracy and professionalism, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and any disputes will be subject to Romanian jurisdiction.
